Our experience with TLC surpassed our expectations we had based on our previous projects in NJ. TLC has their act together. Within a couple of days, the loft floor was in and the framing for the master bedroom suite addition was complete. They were clean, organized, and accurate with measurements and alignments. Being an Engineer, I went around checking everything. The building inspector was hard pressed to find issues. I would not hesitate to recommend TLC.

As you know, it can be a large undertaking to have construction at your home while you are still living there. The initial crew took the necessary time to reduce any collateral damage throughout the house by placing dust barriers and the necessary materials to protect our walls, floors, and staircase. We were also impressed with the number of workers completing construction each day. I also appreciate the quality of materials used during each phase of construction. With any successful company, the employees are the biggest asset. I cannot say enough positive things about each and every employee who worked at our house. Moris was very professional, kept us informed, and addressed every one of our concerns throughout the entire process. If he was not able to come by our house any particular day, I always received a phone call sometime during the day or that night.
We were immediately impressed with TLC's knowledge and professionalism. We were not able to immediately move forward with construction, but we were never pressured or harassed. On the first day of construction, we were extremely impressed with the amount of preparation taken to ensure our floors would not be damaged. On the start of the second day, we met with Juan Aguirre. Juan went over the entire project with us, from electrical, vents, speaker, and lighting locations. Throughout the 3 weeks of construction, Juan was always available either on-site or on the phone. The construction site and the front of the house were always clean at the end of the day. My wife and I could not be happier with our loft. Every single employee was on time, worked hard all day, and left the house clean. The work was fantastic (even minor details that we noticed were fixed before we could point them out). The whole process was seamless and very well-orchestrated. All the workers seemed very motivated and responsible. I realize as an interior designer that my unusual design for the project had its challenges. With us working together on the shape and glass paneling, the finished addition looks modern and architecturally pleasing to the eye. One could never tell that it was an added-on remodel.
